You Must Contact Us For A RANTEN DAY RETURN POLICY:Should any item not meet your expectations, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to receive a RAN (Return Authorization Number) and return mailing instructions. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt for a prompt exchange or refund.* Refund is minus shipping charges as this is considered a used service. At our sole discretion, we may apply a 20% restocking fee on any item returned for a refund. Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer for replacements. (Items returned after 10 days will be charged a 30% restocking fee) All Items must be returned in original package, including packing materials. Failure to return items in original packaging will result in NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE!BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE ITMES:Please contact us within 3 business days of receipt and we will give you special instructions for getting your replacement(s).
